My favorite memory would have to be at 106 while we were prepping for my talk. I had invited so many people that I had to sprawl out in the middle so everyone in the room could touch me. :P It was great. I really felt I became closer with everyone during that moment. (literally)

TEC is my favorite place on Earth to be. And there are many reasons for this, the biggest three being: 1) first and foremost, I can renew and enhance my relationship with God. TEC is what has helped me most in my faith journey. I haven't gotten to the point yet where I live my faith like I want to and like I do at TEC, but I can only hope that in future TECs I can figure it out before I have to stop for a short amount of time for college (hopefully I don't have to though). 2) the people there are just so darn amazing. Some of my best friends are TECies. I don't have the time or space to list my entire TEC family and all that they have done for me and what they mean to me (and I'd probably forget someone and then I'd feel bad). Without them, I don't know what I'd do with myself. 3) the feeling you get at TEC is like none other; you aren't judged in the slightest and the love is overwhelming at times. Weekenders come into the weekend and are instantly barraged by love and welcoming people. Within 48 hours they are one of us, hugging everyone and yelling happy Easter. People let out their secrets during TEC weekends (which is another one of the things I love) to people they barely know and yet trust. There are so many little parts of TEC weekends that I love but yet again I don't have the time or space to talk about them all. I just thought I'd share the three biggest ones :)

Favorite memories... When I went through TEC 103, we had a huge marker fight which was great fun. And the repeated time and time again story of 104 was when weekenders were being dropped off, Kayla, Tony, and JT ran after a car screaming, competing to bring in the luggage. The van wasn't weekenders.

I guess I should add my favorite as well. I have so many memories of TEC experiences that when I think about them make me smile. Meeting my wife is obviously high on the list. When I think about how much God has brought to my life through TEC and the people he has brought into my life, I have to say the opportunity to worship for a whole weekend is my favorite. A service that stands out was the closing service at TEC 101 in Minnetonka. During the service I prayed for more opportunities to lead worship and serve. After getting home that night I had an email asking if I would go to the DR as a music/worship leader for a week. God answers prayers really fast when your heart is line with what His heart desires for you.

my favorite memory would have to be when i went through in 88, when it was the talent show. Me and three other people made a dance to Sadie's Hocken's Dance by relient k. that included spacial features for each of the table names and their mascots.

I have many favorite memories of TEC weekends. One of those many would be weekend #84. I was serving on Support at Shepherd of the Lake in Prior Lake. It was a brand new multi-million dollar facility that had opened about a month earlier. We were desperately trying to keep from breaking anything. Ended up having to clean wax off the carpeting in the sanctuary from living wheat. Also had what little hair I have painted blaze orange by two youth on that team. Those youth, along with many other over the years, have grown very close to both Paula and me.

I've always loved the people I meet, and after 9 years, still talk to them. But an all-time favorite memory was staying up too late, and being so tired I started laughing, and laughed for at least 30 minutes straight ...all for no reason at all!
